Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial, no credit card required. After that you can stay on the free plan or subscribe.
What platforms does the desktop app run on?
BeamSync runs on macOS (12+) and Windows 10/11. A single Pro subscription covers both.
How does the 3-machine limit work?
Your license key activates on up to 3 computers. You can deactivate a machine from your account dashboard at any time to free up a slot — useful when you replace a laptop.
What happens when my subscription expires?
You keep access for a 7-day grace period. After that the app falls back to the free plan limits. Your data is never deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard with one click. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
